Structural composition

Working Principle
This welding smoke purifier collects welding smoke and exhaust gas through the gravitational force of the fan, which is then sucked into the inlet of the welding smoke purifier through a universal vacuum hood. A flame arrester is installed at the inlet of the equipment, and sparks are blocked by the flame arrester. The smoke and dust gas enters the settling chamber. By using gravity and upward airflow, the coarse particles are first directly lowered into the ash hopper, and the particulate smoke and dust are captured on the outer surface by the filter element. The clean gas is filtered and purified by the wave core. The clean air flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element, and it is further purified by adsorption through an activated carbon filter before being discharged through the air outlet to meet the standards.
