Working Principle
Through the gravity of the fan, the fume dust is sucked into the equipment through the pipe. Welding fume dust enters the filter chamber. The flame arrester is installed at the entrance of the filter chamber. It filtering sparks in welding smoke and dust, and protecting the filter. Dust flows in the filter chamber, and gravity and upward airflow are used to directly drop coarse dust into the dust collection drawer. Welding smoke containing fine dust is blocked by the filter. Under the sieving action, fine dust is retained on the surface of the filter cartridge. After being filtered and purified by the filter cartridge, the welding smoke exhaust gas flows from the filter to the clean room. The gas in the clean room is discharged through the exhaust port in compliance with the standards.
