Working Principle
With gravitational function, smoke is absorbed through the arm into the device inlet, where there is a flame arrester so spark is intercepted. Then the smoke flows into chamber. With gravity again, coarse dust falls into hopper directly while particulate smoke is captured at the surface of the filter. The cleaned air is discharged at the outlet.
Product highlights
With Siemens motor and professional turbine blower, it is also equipped with anti-overload circuit to prevent motor burned-out. Therefore, the device is highly safe and stable.
It uses an air-reverse jet-pulse.
The cast aluminum skeleton universal flexible suction arm can be rotated 560 degrees to absorb smoke from the place where it occurs, greatly improving the collection rate of smoke and ensuring the health of the operator.
Three protective measures are adopted inside the machine to prevent fire hazards and large particles of slag, making the machine have a longer service life.
It is equipped with new Korean-style swivel casters with brakes to facilitate the free movement and positioning of the equipment.
