Short Description:
Industrial oil mist purifier is an environmental protection equipment designed for oil mist, smoke and other harmful gases generated in industrial production. It is widely used in mechanical processing, metal manufacturing, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and can effectively collect and purify oil mist, improve the working environment, protect employee health, and reduce production costs.
Cyclone
Oil mist moves into filter room through suction port and then being absorbed on gas-liquid mesh. Following aggregation and binding effects, they fall by the gravity into the bottom and then be collected at the oil tank. The remaining part of oil mist, is entirely adsorbed by specially made filter at the chamber exit. They are also being collected at the oil tank finally. The odorous air discharged from the air outlet is absorbed by the activated carbon in the muffler. The clean air is discharged to the workshop and can be recycled again.
Structure
The device has three-layer filters. The first layer is gas liquid sintered mesh coated with PTFE film (Polytetrafluoroethylene), with smooth surface and strong oil absorption. It is also cleanable for repeated use. The second layer is special-purpose per-filter belt and the third layer is activated carbon that removes odor.
Applicable Industry
Any oil mist arises from processing that uses cutting oil, diesel fuel and synthetic coolant as coolant. CNC, washing machine, outer cycle, surface grinder, hobbing, milling machine, gear shaping machine, vacuum pump, spray test room and EDM.
