Product Introduction
● Has low saturated vapor pressure,narrow product storage range,and large molecular weight,
making it suitable for diffusion pumps with high pumping speeds;
● After high-temperature heating and boiling,high vacuum can be quickly obtained through high-speed injection;
● Has good oxidation stability and thermal stabilty,and is not easy to form carbon deposits;
● The oil return rate is low,and the oil vapor can condense quickly when it encounters the cold wall of the equipment,achieving the purpose of rapid recycling.
